Terms of Service – Donations

By submitting a donation to Kryptic DayZ, you (“Donor”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Donations – Legal Nature

All payments made to the server are voluntary contributions intended to support the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the server. While in-game cosmetic items may be provided, these do not constitute the purchase of goods or services with guaranteed value or entitlement.

2. Non-Commercial Rewards

At our sole discretion, Donors may receive in-game cosmetic rewards, including but not limited to skins or visual customizations.

These rewards:

• Confer no competitive or gameplay advantage
• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are provided strictly as a goodwill gesture
• May be modified, revoked, or discontinued at any time without prior notice

3. Donation Fulfillment Process

Upon successful completion of payment, the Donor is required to:

• Open a support ticket in our official Discord server
• Provide valid proof of donation (e.g., PayPal transaction receipt)

Once verified, the Donor will be directed to a designated designer or staff member who will assist in the creation and customization of any applicable cosmetic rewards. Failure to follow this process may result in delays or forfeiture of rewards without entitlement to refund.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final, irreversible, and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content and immediate fulfillment, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction
• Server wipes, updates, or configuration changes

By completing a payment, you explicitly waive any right to request a refund, initiate a payment reversal, or dispute the transaction except where required by applicable law.

5. Payment Processing (PayPal)

All payments are processed through PayPal.

By completing a donation, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized account holder or have permission to use the payment method
• All information provided is accurate and lawful
• You will not initiate fraudulent disputes or unauthorized chargebacks

6. Chargebacks, Disputes, and Fraud

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without prior written agreement from the server administration will be considered a breach of these Terms.

In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• Permanently ban the Donor from all servers and associated services
• Revoke all in-game rewards without compensation
• Deny any future access or participation

We reserve the right to contest disputes through PayPal or applicable legal channels.

7. Server Changes and Limitations

The Donor acknowledges that:

• The server environment is subject to change, including wipes, resets, updates, or shutdowns
• Donation rewards may be affected, removed, or rendered inaccessible

No guarantees are made regarding the longevity, availability, or persistence of any in-game reward.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the unrestricted right to suspend or terminate access to the server at any time, with or without cause, and without obligation to provide compensation or refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the server owners, administrators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of data, virtual items, or in-game progress
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the server or donations

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the server or participation in the donation system constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By making a donation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All artwork, skins, designs, and related digital content created, modified, or provided by Kryptic DayZ (the “Content”) remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Kryptic DayZ, in accordance with applicable EU copyright laws.

By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No ownership rights are transferred
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content solely within the server for personal, non-commercial use
• The Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used outside the server without prior written consent

Kryptic DayZ reserves the right to modify, reuse, or revoke access to any Content at any time without compensation.
